Do you have showers and locker rooms?

Yes! We have men's and women's locker rooms with showers and bathrooms. You can also bring your own lock and lock your things in a locker while you work out. ​​​

What is the layout of your facility?

SPF has two spacious floors. The first floor comprises of our locker rooms, cable strength equipment/machines as well as the cardio section. Upstairs is the free-weight section as well as our boxing room and aerobics room. All rooms are open for all members to use as they please. Click on "View Our Facility" for pictures and videos of our gym. 

Do you have Wifi?

Yes, there is free password-protected Wifi available for members.

Do you have a daily fee/ can I bring a guest?

If you would like to try out our facility and/ or bring someone with you to workout for the day, you can pay the $10 daily fee either online or in-person. There are no free guest visits. 

Do you offer personal trainers?

Yes, please call or stop by for more information if you are interested in acquiring a  personal trainer. Personal trainer rates are separate from the gym membership and each trainer sets their own rates and schedules.

Do I need a personal trainer?

There are many reasons why having a personal trainer is beneficial for your fitness experience. If you are recovering from injury or are inexperienced with working out and gym equipment, having a trainer is a necessity. We HIGHLY recommend individuals who are new to the gym to start out with a trainer, but this is not required. Maybe you are looking for a knowledgeable individual to guide your weight loss journey or enhance muscular physique. No matter what your goals are, they will  create a personalized fitness program and provide one-on-one instruction so that you can accomplish your fitness goals. All of our trainers are licensed and insured.

Do you have classes?

Do you keep credit card information?

No, we do not have access to your credit card information. All memberships (except the monthly recurring online plan) are just a one-time payment. There are no hidden fees. We will never ask for any bank account information.

Do you have family plans or couple's plans?

Yes, please call or stop by and we can provide you with flexible and affordable membership pricing. 

Are kids and teens permitted to workout?

Yes, we have a variety of student membership options available from one month to one year. Please check the plans and pricing page or call for more information. Safety of our members is our #1 concern. We require children/teens to be knowledgeable and safe while using the equipment and machines. Younger teens may need supervision with a parent, guardian or personal trainer if they do not have experience in a gym. If kids/teens do not follow facility rules, their memberships will be terminated with no refunds.

Do you offer refunds, freezes or membership transferals?

We do not offer refunds for any memberships. Please make sure you choose a membership that fits your lifestyle, as there are no freezes for vacations, work etc. There will be no membership transferals. Each individual must have their own membership in their own name. All medical freeze requests will be done at the discretion of management. A valid doctor's note is required for any requests.
